These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Meadow iOS application (the "App") and the Meadow website at getmeadow.app (the "Website"). Meadow is operated by Jake Meadows ("Meadow," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Meadow is a personal tracking and information tool for adults who use GLP-1 medications. The App may help you log doses, view treatment history, track related health metrics, and review information you choose to record.
Meadow is not a medical device unless expressly stated otherwise, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App is designed to support personal tracking and organisation only. Any medication level displays, timing estimates, reminders, or similar outputs are informational only, are based on generalised assumptions or user-entered information, and may not reflect your personal clinical circumstances.
Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about starting, stopping, delaying, changing, or adjusting any medication or treatment.
The App is not intended for use in emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Meadow.
By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is processed, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Meadow is designed to work without account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, device passcode, Apple Account, and any other credentials or permissions used with the App.
We are not responsible for loss of access to data caused by loss of your device, loss of access to your Apple Account, device compromise outside our control, or deletion by you.
Meadow may offer optional paid features through an auto-renewing subscription called Meadow Premium. Available plans, features, trial offers, and pricing will be displayed in the App before purchase.
If you subscribe through the App Store:
If a free trial or promotional offer is made available, the relevant terms will be shown in the App at the time of offer. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription may convert automatically into a paid subscription.
We may change subscription pricing in the future. Where required, Apple will notify you and obtain any consent required for continued renewal.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and processes.

The App, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Jake Meadows and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose on devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable App Store rules.
You retain ownership of the information and records you enter into the App.
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue all or part of the App from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. However, nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law in relation to digital content or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not promise that the App will be suitable for every user, free from all defects, or fully accurate for every purpose. In particular, any health-related estimates, reminders, visualisations, and historical summaries depend on user-entered information and generalised assumptions and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
The App may rely on third-party services or platform features, including Apple App Store billing, HealthKit integrations you enable, and other Apple device services.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any subscription through Apple if applicable.
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the App if reasonably necessary to protect the App, comply with law, address security or abuse issues, or enforce these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or on the Website.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory rights or protections available under the law of your place of residence.
If you have a concern about the App, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring claims in your home courts under applicable consumer law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
Meadow is not endorsed by, associated with, or approved by Apple Inc., any pharmaceutical manufacturer (including Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or Amgen), or any healthcare provider or organisation.
